yinfft should not do spectral weighting

Rick Holger noted that a sampling rate was still hard-coded in pitchyinfft.c:

source:aubio/src/pitch/pitchyinfft.c#L71

The spectral weighting should be applied in pitch.c instead, and could be an option for all three spectral methods.
