When using the --cut option, &dhpackage; takes an input sound file and produce small files sliced at onset locations (or silences). The slices can then be sent for example to a player, a sequencer, or a sampler. A plotting module is available via the Gnuplot Python package. This program follows the usual GNU command line syntax, with long options starting with two dashes (`-').
